Our shipping methods at Sports Army are as safe and as fast as any retailer in Australia. All products must be signed for on arrival, and are handled with care. All orders over $499 are shipped free Australia wide.

Delivery

We have partnered with the corporate division of Australia Post, eParcel. eParcel strives for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia. We can deliver your items to your home, work or P.O. Box addresses as well as to rural & regional areas.

Delivery will be between 1-5 working days depending on location and stock levels but lease allow up to 10 working days for Australia Post to deliver once payment has been received. For peace of mind, all products are sent with full transit insurance.

Warranty

Sports Army will replace your product if it is found to be either damaged or 'dead on arrival' (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. If the product comes with a manufacturers warranty then returns are to be handled directly by the manufacturer and the individual that purchased the item.
